Brandon Tucker


Brandon Tucker is the Principal of First Baptist Christian Academy and as a staff member of First Baptist Church O’Fallon, Mr. Tucker is called to leadership in Christian education. He is passionate about teaching children a Biblical worldview.  Mr. Tucker has been happily married for more than 21 years and his family includes three wonderful daughters, who are all actively involved in First Baptist Church O’Fallon.

Before becoming a teacher, Mr. Tucker served in the Mississippi Army National Guard and worked in a variety of fields including food service, electrical utilities, and computer aided drafting.  In 2003 Mr. Tucker began teaching as a high school English and History teacher at Columbia High School in Columbia, Mississippi.

In 2005, Mr. Tucker was called to Christian education and leadership at Lamar Christian School in Purvis, Mississippi where he served as a high school History teacher and secondary principal for ten years before becoming principal of FBCA in 2015.

He has earned an Associate of Applied Science in Drafting and Design form East Central Community College, a Bachelor of Arts in History & Secondary Education from The University of Southern Mississippi, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Bob Jones University and has completed an educational leadership institute and internship through Delta State University and the Mississippi Association of Independent Schools.
