How to Apply

Your decision to enroll in FBCA is a very important one that will bless your child for years to come. Use the steps below to guide you during the enrollment process.

Step 1: Discover First Baptist Christian Academy

We encourage you to learn more about First Baptist Christian Academy by completing a Request for Information Form or by Scheduling a Visit. When you schedule a visit, you will have the opportunity to tour our school and meet with our principal.

Step 2: Create a ParentsWeb Account

Once you have visited with the principal, you may then create your own personal FACTS ParentsWeb account. This will provide you with access to complete the Enrollment Application and subsequent access to important FBCA communication throughout the school year.

ParentsWeb is a private and secure parent portal that serves as the communication hub between you and FBCA. ParentsWeb allows you to view academic information specific to your children, while protecting their information from others. You can see your child’s grades, attendance, and homework. You can communicate with teachers and other school staff online whenever necessary. School information such as newsletters, menus, and supply lists are also posted on ParentsWeb. Current families will already have a ParentsWeb account. Please continue to use your current ParentsWeb account. Your new student will be linked to your current ParentsWeb account.

STEPS TO CREATE YOUR FACTS PARENTSWEB ACCOUNT

  • Go to https://fb-mo.client.renweb.com/pwr/
  • In the District Code field, Enter FB-MO
  • Username: (enter all lower case) mother’s first name initial and last name
  • Password: fbca12
  • Your ParentsWeb page will open

(You may then update this temporary username and password once your account is created.)

  • Click on the Family Information tab
  • Click on the username/password tab
  • Follow the instructions to change your username and password

Step 3: Complete Enrollment Application

Login to your new FACTS ParentsWeb account and complete your enrollment application. (If you see a message displayed that says “No enrollment record found,” please contact the school office at academy@firstofallon.com or 636-272-3220.)

During the application process you will be required to pay a non-refundable Application Fee of $80 and a FACTS Payment Plan enrollment fee based on the plan you choose. There are several pieces of information you will be required to submit, but if you have all your info ready, it shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes to complete your enrollment application.

Step 4: Final Submissions

Once accepted for admission, you may be asked to submit records requested but not previously submitted during the enrollment application process.
