Admission Steps

Step 1: Complete Request for Information Form

Thank you for your interest in First Baptist Christian Academy! You will want to begin your exploration of First Baptist Christian Academy by completing a Request for Information Form here.

Step 2: Create an Application Account

To begin the process to apply for Admissions to FBCA, you will need to Create an Application Account by following these instructions:

  • Go to Create an Application Account here.
  • Enter your first name, last name, email address (as provided on your Request for Information Form), contact phone, and check the COPPA agreement.
  • Click Create Account button at the bottom of the page.

You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes this link will remain active for 6 hours.

Step 3: Login & Complete Admission Application

Once you have Created an Application Account, you are ready to login to FACTS to begin your Admission Application. Here are those instructions:

  • Go to Application Login here.
  • Type in your username and password created in Step 2. If you have forgotten your username and password, please click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ Link.
  • Complete the Online Admission Application and Submit.

During the application process you will be required to pay a non-refundable Application Fee of $80. There are several pieces of information you will be required to submit, and this application should take 15 minutes to complete. You may upload important documents or bring those to the school office. Please be sure to review your application and click the final submission button.

Step 4: Admission Visit

The Admission Visit will give families an opportunity to meet the school principal, explore FBCA in depth, and see the school in operation. During this visit, the FBCA principal will also have an opportunity to share the philosophy of the school and get to know your family and student. The Admission Visit will generally take from one and a half to two hours, and further student assessment will be planned following this visit.

Step 5: Assessment

An important part of the FBCA Admission process involves your student visiting the school for some important assessment. These assessments allow our staff to get to know more about your child’s academic preparedness, reading ability, and general behavior.

Step 6: Enrollment

If First Baptist Christian Academy approves your student for Admission to FBCA, parents will need to complete an enrollment packet using the FACTS Online Enrollment. This Enrollment Packet is required to finalize Admission to FBCA and helps FBCA place your student in their class. Additional instructions will be provided for this once a student is approved for admission.
