Fifth Grade
Mrs. Bawa serves as the Fifth Grade Teacher. She attends Lighthouse Baptist Church in St.Ann. She and her husband are first generation Immigrants. Mrs. Bawa is in her second year at FBCA, she taught upper elementary prior to joining us. Mrs. Bawa is very excited to teach from a biblical view and see how the students grow in the Lord. Mrs. Bawa is being mentored by a seasoned Kindergarten Teacher who guides her and who she can rely on as she teaches Kindergarten. Mrs. Bawa earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education and a second Bachelors in Bible from Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa. She continued her education obtaining a TESOL(Teaching of English to Speakers of Other Languages) Certification to teach English Online to students from Beijing.
